Extra Lessons
Extra lessons initiated by the teacher will not be charged, and are included in the regular tuition fee. However, all other requests for extra lessons will be charged the single lesson rate, unless by post-dated cheque. (ie: bi-weekly lessons by post-dated cheque)

Theory, Harmony, or History Lessons
Because there are many written exams required for the completion of the higher grades, I generally encourage my students to complete as many of the theory requirements as they can. Students may attend other concurrent running theory classes for supplemental help when needed.

Homestays

I do homestays for foreign students learning English, as well as temporary overnight stays. Overnights are ONLY BY REFERRAL, and according to availability. Please contact me for my rates.

This rate includes access to shower, laundry and access to check email. There is always food in my kitchen, but you may have to heat something up for yourself if I am not around to cook. Please be reasonable and considerate of others.

Missed or Cancelled Lessons, And Termination

Theory Group Rates
The tuition schedule has calculated theory lessons to be a group flat rate, to be inclusive of the full months of May, August and December, despite the fact that the examination is near the beginning of the month, and the course may be completed. Full payment for the month is thus required. Please note that there are no make up lessons for student-initiated missed group lessons.
